TASKLY

Taskly is a personal project developed to practice Laravel and Nuxt.js. It was born out of the need for a task management app that overcomes the limitations of existing apps, such as the inability to group tasks and task amount limits. Taskly is more than just a task management app; it’s a comprehensive solution designed to help users organize their tasks efficiently.

The website is structured with three main tabs on the sidebar: one for listing all existing tasks, one for tasks scheduled for tomorrow, and one for tasks scheduled for other days. It also features a unique folder-collection management system, where folders contain collections and collections contain tasks. This structure allows users to organize their tasks neatly. Each collection displays all related tasks, separated by to-do and completed status. One of the standout features of Taskly is the ability to color-code collections. This feature allows users to easily differentiate tasks when viewed in any of the main three tabs. The color feature also enhances the user experience when clicking on any folder, as it displays all tasks related to the collections in that folder in their respective colors.

When you click on any task in Taskly, you can add the title of the task, set a due date and time, add a description of the task, and tick or untick the task for completion status. The task description can include common editor tools provided by Tiptap, including options for a checklist that can act as subtasks. Taskly is your personal assistant for managing tasks, transforming your everyday task management into a seamless and enjoyable process.
